Mentorship Programme Agreement

**1. Purpose of the Programme:** This mentorship programme is designed to support the professional and personal development of the participants (mentees and mentors). The programme aims to assist participants in achieving their career goals by encouraging the sharing of knowledge and experience.

**2. Definition of Mentor and Mentee Roles:** - **Mentor:** - Shares professional experiences and knowledge with the mentees. - Guides the mentees in career development, goal setting, and the enhancement of professional skills. - Regularly communicates with the mentees and provides support.

- **Mentee:** - Is open to learning from the mentor's experiences and knowledge. - Works on their own goals and areas of development. - Regularly communicates with the mentor and provides feedback. - Engages with the other mentees in the group.

**3. Communication:** The mentor and mentees will meet regularly, as per the programme plan.

**4. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct:** All participants commit to maintaining the confidentiality of shared information and exhibiting professional behaviour.

**5. Programme Exit and Evaluation:** Participants can exit the programme at any time during its duration. At the end of the programme, all participants will be asked to provide feedback for the evaluation of the programme.

**6. Certification:** At the end of the programme, participants who have engaged fully in the programme and recorded such engagement through the online system Mentornity, will be provided with a certificate.
